• Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.3 Shipping Restrictions

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.

4.4 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order if:

• Item is in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
• Item is in original packaging
• You have the original receipt or order confirmation

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

• Underwear
• Swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken)
• Opened Shoe Care & Accessories products

5.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
